Returns & Exchange Policy

TERMS

Please review the following terms carefully. If you agree to and meet these terms then please continue by completing the Return Authorization Request form below.

  • All returns or exchanges must be requested and made within 30 days from time you receive your product.
  • Custom products or special orders may not be returned. These include bulk rolls of screen less then 100 ft. in length and custom cut-to-size retractable screen doors.
  • Returned merchandise must be in like new, resalable condition. Return items must be shipped as originally packaged with all shipping materials included and in tact to prevent damage during shipment. Failure to do so will result in additional charges deducted from the refunded amount at the discretion of Aedes Technologies.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned or exchanged items. This restocking fee does not apply to items received and confirmed as defective due to manufacturing and/or shipping.
  • Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
  • Shipping charges for all authorized returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the authorized return is confirmed to be a result of a defect in manufacturing and/or damage during original shipping to the customer.
  • Please do NOT attempt to return a product without prior approval from Aedes Technologies. If a product is shipped back without a Return Authorization Number from Aedes Technologies, we cannot accept liability for what happens to the product and no refund or credit will be issued.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

Before accepting any package, you should always inspect it for obvious and concealed damage. If the product is clearly damaged, make a note on the delivery slip. If you accept the package and sign for it you will be responsible for collecting on all damages. Ideally, do NOT wait to open packages after the delivery person has departed your premises. Shipping companies rarely pay for damages if you sign off on having received the shipment in good condition. Aedes Technologies is not responsible for damages from shipping if there is documentation of you having accepted as received in good condition. Make all claims for damages no later than a few hours after receipt.

Please fill out and email the Return Authorization Request form below to apply for a RA number. If your item is approved for return or exchange you will be emailed a Return Authorization Packing Slip which you will need to print out and include with the returned merchandise. In most cases, you will receive a response back within 48 hours.
